How do the Term 3 blocks work? What do they cost?

Term 3 runs for ten weeks at Easts Rugby Union Club, Norman Park. There are two evenings: Sundays run the full term from 19 July, and Mondays run the final block only (Block 2, weeks 6 to 10) from 24 August. Training is billed as a direct debit of $139 AUD per week. You can join from week one for the full ten weeks, or take a single five-week block: Block 1 (weeks 1–5) or Block 2 (weeks 6–10). The blocks are a progressive system relying on dedicated staffing, so missed sessions cannot be paused or refunded.

What do I get for joining the full term?+

Sign up from week one for all ten weeks and your Rugby Lab training kit - training shirt, shorts, socks, and hat are included free, fitted in the first fortnight. The full term is also the best value way to train the whole pathway end to end.

Can my child train both days?+

Yes, during the final block (weeks 6 to 10), when both evenings run. Choose Sunday as your primary day, then add Mondays as an optional second day for +$89 per week, per player. Same coaches, same venue, twice the contact across your block.

What does a session look like?+

Players check in with physio on arrival, complete a strength block in the gym, then move through warm-up, Hudl review and preview, and a live field session covering core skills, breakdown detail, and attack principles.

How is weekend load managed?+

Our split squad load management system triages each player based on their weekend fixture (Saturday school, Sunday club, both, or none). Session intensity is blended live with execution, tactical walk-throughs, active recovery and video review, so you peak for your next game rather than overtrain.

Who is this for?+

Boys and girls aged 13 to 16 already playing club or school rugby and looking for a professional pathway environment. Siblings from the same family receive a family rate on the second and third player.
